Il Barone Rosa Bar-Restaurant is open to the public, both aviation and non-aviation enthusiasts, Tuesday through Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. until the evening. Il Barone Rosa offers classic dishes of the Umbrian tradition and revisited by the Chef, in the evening it is also a pizzeria.
The restaurant has tables inside the hall and under the covered veranda, and a large shaded pergola outside. The restaurant is an ideal place for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and aperitifs.
